What inspires you? Usually, for me, it’s seeing colors in combinations that I like. I’ll see them and go, “Hey! I want to do this with it!” And often I accident my way into inspiration.
But every once in a while, it all starts with the yarn for me.
I’ll see it in the store, and my reaction to it will be immediately, “Oh! That makes me think of this thing I *love.* I MUST KNIT WITH YOU.”
Enter: The funfetti yarn.
That’s not what it’s actually called. But it’s immediately what I thought of! And then I found these sweet little red heart buttons. Which they ran out of. And so I learned to make them.
I have had just the most fun imagining with my funfetti yarn and my red heart buttons. I’m forever trying to come up with fun new stuff to do with them.
